MEET COACH MICHELLE

Credentials: Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainer, Pre & Post Natal Specialist, XPS Performance Specialist

Hello! I am so glad you're here! My name is Michelle, I'm 29 years old and originally from Nebraska but now residing in Texas.

My goal as your coach is to show you that, yes it can work for you, and make this your LAST weight loss journey! I have 10+ years in studying the human body and am an expert in movement science. I have combined years of schooling + personal experience with yo-yo dieting, eating disorders, and body dysmorphia and created a program that is realistic, obtainable, and personalized for you. 

I work closely with clients to establish consistency, build a sustainable routine, and provide education on all things health and fitness.

I believe that fitness should integrate with your life, not take it over.

My 1:1 program is completely individualized to your needs. I understand that life can get busy and it can be hard to find time for fitness. That's why I offer online fitness coaching that is flexible and convenient. I will work with you to create a personalized workout plan that fits your busy schedule and can be done anywhere, anytime. Whether you're at home, at the gym, or on the go, I've got you covered.

What you get with MC Training:

Custom workouts designed for your goals and starts at your current fitness level. (Provided on an app for easy use that includes video demos and ability to track at the gym/home!)

Customized nutrition plan to align with your lifestyle and adjusted for your goals.

Weekly check-ins for accountability, evaluate your progress, and make any adjustments.

Education tailored toward what you need most. I provide anything and everything to keep you on track and learn the "why." My goal is to be the last coach you ever need!

Monthly 1:1 video call with me to discuss the good (and the bad) from the past few weeks and discuss goals for the next phase of training. This provides continued success and guidance throughout your entire coaching experience.

24/7 communication access to me to be able to ask questions, send videos for critique, and have constant support!
